**Covid-19 Medical Certificates/Sick Notes**

Please note following Londonwide LMCs advice we will not be providing Medical Certificates or 'Fit Notes' regarding absence from the workplace related to Covid-19. If your employer requests a medical certificate please download this letter and give it to your employer.

DO NOT book a GP appointment, visit your pharmacy or go to the hospital if you think you might have coronavirus. To protect yourself and others - Stay at home and avoid close contact with other people. Use the 111 coronavirus service to see if you need medical help or call NHS 111

Please be advised that due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) implications we have temporarily suspended the online appointment bookings - you can still use the online services to request your repeat prescriptions and view your medical records.

**NEW GP HUB - BOOK THROUGH YOUR GP SURGERY**

Weekday evening and weekend appointments.

 

All patients registered with a Bexley GP (or a resident in Bexley but have yet to registered with a Bexley GP practice) can now request a GP appointment between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm Saturdays and Sundays (including bank holidays).

**GETTING STARTED WITH GP ONLINE SERVICES**

Did you know that you don't have to wait on the phone to speak to your GP surgery? Just like online banking you can use a computer, tablet or smartphone using a website or an app. You can book and cancel appointments and order your repeat prescriptions.     1. Visit the surgery website and click on "CONSULT ONLINE"

    1. Find your health condition and fill out a simple online questionnaire.

    1. The GP will get back to you with feedback and treatment options.
