NAMED GP FOR ALL PATIENTS
You may be aware that all GP Practices are now required to provide all their patients with a named GP, who will have overall responsibilty for the care and support that our surgery provides.
However this does not prevent you from seeing any of the GPs within the practice. Sometimes you may not be able to see your named GP but we will always make sure someone speaks to you and arranges for you to bee seen if necessary.
You do not need to take any further action. If you would like to know who your Named GP is please ask at reception.
If you would prefer to be allocated a different named GP, please ask reception staff for an application form.
